You need to unlock all game modes and Mizuki.
Shadow Fighting Mode Beat time attack and survival with the rank of jonin.

Single Player Unlockables

Background Music Player Unlocked after you get all characters and bought from shop for $10,000
Gallery Mode Buy from shop for $6,000 after all characters are unlocked
Max Damage Place first in Time Attack Mode.
Oboro Mode After placing first in Survival mode and time attack mode, buy it from shop for $3,500
Team Battle After placing 1st in survival mode, buy it from shop for $2,500
View Mode After beating one player mode with any character, buy from the shop for $2,500

Unlock Characters

For the first set of characters to be available, you have to beat Story Mode. To get the second set of characters, you need to get first place in Time Attack and unlock
all the characters from the first set. To get the third set you need to place first in Survival and, unlock all the characters from the second set. To get the final two
characters, you must unlock all the previous characters and defeat the extra ten Story matches. They can all be bought in Anko's shop.
